So my introduction to fatherhood was filled with a rollercoaster of events and emotions, having to spend the first 11 days away from our boy right after birth was one of the hardest things, if not the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Thank God it was nothing too serious but a bowel infection kept him from us for that time.
After he got home all I wanted to do was hold him all the time, crying was a trigger for me, I just wanted him to be ok.
Fast forward to a few months later, our boy was just not sleeping through the night, at first I guess we thought that was normal for babies, but then we spoke to friends that had kids that slept through the night, so of course the first question you ask yourself is what am I doing wrong?

After months of none of us getting any sleep we spoke to our doctor and she told us about a sleep consultant, of course at first I was like sleep consultant??? But then you say I’ve not gotten a good nights rest in months so its worth a shot! We met with Kristin and right off the bat we just clicked and I told my wife:
I can tell she loves her job and not only did we start seeing results literally the first night but we also felt a sense of comfort knowing she was right there virtually holding our hands with live coaching.
The most important thing of all thorough was just the difference in our son now that he was getting sleep – you could just see how much happier he was and even though at times it was rough to hear him cry and not go running in as if the building were on fire, what got me through it was remembering Kristin saying he is not crying because he is hurt or hungry, he’s crying cause he’s pissed — lol.
Professionalism is great but to get THAT plus results was incredible, and I can also say, without a shadow of a doubt, that we have gained a lifelong friend!

Thank you Kristin
