I am a pediatric sleep consultant by day and by night, and a girl mom always.

I believe sleep is just as important for you as it is for your baby. Helping parents teach their little ones how to sleep so the whole household can rest has become my mission. A well rested parent is simply a much nicer parent.

I was raised in Jamaica but now live in New Orleans with my husband and our two daughters. When I am not helping families sleep again, you will likely find me watching Disney movies with my girls or passing on my love of reading to them. Somewhere along the way I even wrote a children’s book. Apparently I have always had a soft spot for helping little people.

Before becoming a sleep consultant, I was a teacher. An elementary teacher, to be exact. My classroom philosophy centered on the belief that children succeed when instruction is clear, structured, and tailored to who they are as learners.

In education, this approach is called Direct Instruction and Differentiated Learning. Direct instruction refers to a structured approach where the teacher clearly guides the learning process. Differentiated learning means recognizing that every child learns differently and adjusting the approach to meet individual needs.

The short version is simple. I am a live coach before I am a sleep coach.

My role is to guide and instruct you in a way that fits your family, your lifestyle, and your personal sleep goals. Real learning happens through guidance paired with action. One size absolutely does not fit all when it comes to babies or parents.

The live coaching I provide meets families exactly where they are. Each plan takes into account the family’s environment, routines, comfort level, and most importantly, their unique child.

Families around the world have trusted this approach, which is something I never take lightly. My goal is not only to help your baby sleep. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and equipped to guide your little one toward restorative sleep for years to come.
