I believe sleep is just as important for you as it is for your baby. I’ve made it my mission to help you teach your little one how to get their sleep so you can get yours!
I was raised in Jamaica but live in New Orleans with my husband and our two daughters. And when I’m not helping parents like you, I’m watching Disney movies and passing on my love of reading to my kids. (Did I mentioned I’m also a children’s book author?!)

You may not know this, but before I was a sleep consultant, I was a teacher – an elementary teacher to be exact; a teacher that accredits her students’ success to both direct instruction and differentiated learning.
What do those fancy educational words mean? Direct Instruction: the term direct instruction refers to (1) instructional approaches that are structured, sequenced, and led by teachers, and/or (2) the presentation of content to students by teachers, such as in a lecture or demonstration. Differentiated Learning: Differentiation means tailoring instruction to meet individual needs. Whether teachers differentiate content, process, products, or the learning environment, the use of ongoing assessment and flexible grouping makes this a successful approach to instruction. Long story short? I am a Live Coach before a Sleep Coach.
My job, no, my role, is to teach and instruct you in a way that meets your individual needs, your lifestyle and your personal sleep hygiene goals. This is how one learns, by guidance and action. One size DOES NOT fit all. The live coaching that I provide families meets them where they are, accommodates their personal life, their environment, and their individual child. I have been so fortunate that families all over the world have seen the benefit of this approach, and thus, felt equipped with the tools and confidence to coach their little ones, and themselves toward restorative sleep.
