“I had a very fussy baby. For the first two-and-a-half months of her life she refused to be anywhere but in my arms – including through the night. I was getting very little sleep, which made our co-sleeping arrangement even more dangerous than it already was and only worsened the difficult emotions that often come during the post-partum period. I was so desperate to get some rest. I tried everything: Taking Cara Babies, Moms on Call etc. These courses offered a helpful framework with which to work, but when you’re sleep deprived and none of the baby-sleep tips and tricks are working, it’s defeating, distressing and exhausting.

I wish I had reached out to Kristin sooner. When I contacted her one afternoon, she first asked a series of questions to get a good understanding of my frustrations and the challenges that I’d faced with getting my baby to sleep. Following that, she was able to immediately provide live coaching. She walked me through an afternoon nap, feedings, a bedtime routine and, finally, putting my baby down for the night… IN HER CRIB!! When things didn’t go smoothly, Kristin would quickly adjust and provide next steps. And let me tell you, when you’re an unsure and sleep-deprived new mom, all you want and need is live coaching: “Ok, this is what we’re going to do next…” “Great job. Now try the pacifier and swaddle.”

After one afternoon and night working with Kristin my baby was on a schedule, and after continuing to implement that schedule for a few days (with continued check-ins and coaching from Kristin), things were running smoothly. I recommend Kristin to all of my mom friends and I plan to solicit her help when I have my next child. She saved my sanity.”

“Kristin is my cousin and I turn to her for everything so naturally when I found out I was pregnant and had my daughter I texted her all the time with questions on what products to buy, how to feed, what to do to get my baby to sleep. That last one was so important. One week in and my husband and I were so exhausted from waking up every 3 hours to feed. From day one, Kristin  was able to direct me and guide me to build a very flexible but structured approach to having my baby build a great foundation for sleep. She taught me about swaddling, making sure she was eating enough throughout the day, building a bedtime routine, what sound machine to get, the importance of darkness, naps and wake windows (who knew that was a thing). . .all the things that become super important after the first 2-4 weeks when your baby just doesn’t fall asleep anywhere with all the lights on. My daughter has been falling asleep, since very early in infancy, between 7 – 8 pm (Kristin calls it the magic window for sleep and it is!) and waking up around 6 am. She wakes up once or twice for her soother but without Kristin, I’m not sure I would be sleeping at all. She also coached me through the 4 month sleep regression and helped me stay sane during that time. She has been such an amazing cousin, friend and most importantly my sleep guru. It’s not over yet and I anticipate that she will continue to allow me to get some great shut eye moving forward as well.”

“As a working mom, business owner, wife, hair stylist…I am a bit exhausted at the end of the day. My sleep is important to me and without a full 8 hours I cannot function properly. That said, I became a mom last year and lets just face it…”baby’s don’t sleep!!!” Right? WRONG!! This woman changed my life, yes that’s drastic. Let me tell you guys a little something about “sleep training”, IT WORKS!! Kristin is a God sent!!! She got Luke sleeping 12+ hours at night and about a 3 hour nap…EVERY DAY!! She knows her shit and with a little time, trust, and consistency you can enjoy a FULL night of sleep! NEW MOMS: GIVE THIS GIRL A CALL/TXT/DM! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you K for continuing to be there for me when I need to make adjustments to Luke’s schedule. YOU ARE THE BEST!“

“Kristin is the absolute BEST! Not only is she great at what she does but through live-coaching, she becomes a built in best friend – someone you can reach out to with ANYTHING! She was my shoulder to lean on and helped me prep for baby in every way possible. No question was too big or too small. She has been with me every step of the way and has now slept trained my baby girl so that I can be on vacation, having a glass of champagne while my girl puts herself to sleep!”

“Kristin has been an absolute god send for us. I was feeling incredibly discouraged, having met with sleep trainers in the past, read various books on how to gently sleep train my toddler, and still felt like I was getting nowhere. A sympathetic friend who knew I had been struggling to get more than 3 consecutive hours of sleep a night…(for almost 2 years!!) recommended Kristin. I was both skeptical (because of past experiences) and yet desperate, and so I reached out that very same day and set up a call with Kristin. Life has never been the same since. Kristin is not only a wealth of knowledge, but her approach is so respectful of both mum and bub. Unlike many sleep trainers out there who use cookie-cutter approaches, Kristin is ready to pivot and tailor the sleep training approach to what you are comfortable with and what your child responds to. To my utter surprise, as of the first few days we had significantly improved sleep with very little tears or drama. Her tweaks to our sleep environment, her advice on how to approach bed and nap time as well as her continued support throughout the process allowed me to get my daughter sleeping through the night for the first time in her life. It is because of Kristin that I too have been able to get the rest I need to be a better, more present, mom. I do not have enough words of praise and thanks for Kristin.“

“I am so grateful for Kristin’s sleep consultation. I won a free session through Lullaby Babies and it was the best thing ever. For months my partner and I suffered staying up until 9:30/10pm and waking up for night feeds or to calm our son when he experienced night terrors. He didn’t sleep through the night, didn’t take naps during the day or sleep in his cot. We honestly didn’t know what to do, we tried googling sleeping methods etc. The lack of sleep took a toll on us mentally, physically and emotionally. Kristin gave us a sleep schedule, the first two weeks were really hard but it was the best decision we ever made. We got him into a good sleep pattern and we feel more energized and productive and parenthood became a bit easier. Not only are we happy but our son mood was completely different, he was less cranky and alot more playful. Thank you so much Kristin! You a true Super Hero for all Tired Mommies”

“I’m happily writing this at 7:45am while my 4.5 month old is still sleeping. That’s right – STILL sleeping. Mind you, we did have one wake up last night at 3am but with Kristin’s coaching and tools we were able to get him back to sleep as quickly as possible. That’s just one of many things Kristin taught us.

Where to even begin… To say that our son used to refuse naps would be an understatement (we always joked that he clearly had fomo because he would fight sleep like no other to not miss out on anything going on in the house). He would go as much as four hours without napping and would be cranky, wouldn’t want to or have enough energy to play, and when he did eventually fall asleep it would either be being held or worn. Nights weren’t as much of a struggle but still not great. He would wake up 2-3 times a night and at 4 or 5am everyday and wouldn’t go back to sleep without being picked up and held. My husband and I were exhausted.

Then Kristin entered our lives. She came highly recommended from too many people I know to count so my husband and I had high expectations and it is safe to say that she did not disappoint! We were supposed to do live coaching with Kristin one week earlier than we actually started but her home was unfortunately hit by Hurricane Ida and she had to evacuate. Though our initial plans were derailed and her and her family displaced, she still kindly offered to continue coaching (such an angel!). We started the following week when she got settled but she didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and offer advice throughout that week. In a matter of days, Jude was sleeping through the night and my husband and I felt brand new. The napping took a bit longer to get right but once Kristin sorted us out he was napping so well and so consistently that we even had to wake him up from a 3+ hour nap last week! We couldn’t believe our eyes. We went from having an overtired baby to having the happiest and most playful baby on our hands all because he was finally well rested!

I was a bit nervous about sleep training because you always hear about babies crying so much throughout the process but after going through it I can honestly say that my son used to cry more during the day when he was overtired from refusing naps. While glued to the baby monitor during the process, it was still tough to watch him shed some tears but it was even more rewarding to watch him self-soothe, calm down, fall asleep on his own, and wake up with a huge smile on his face.

If your baby and your family are struggling to get good sleep don’t waste anymore time and call Kristin NOW! Your baby, your household, and your sanity will thank you. Thank you Kristin!!”

After 11 months of minimal sleep for mummy, daddy and baby, we gave up on the idea that our warrior princess would ‘outgrow’ waking up through the nights; waved a white burp cloth in surrender and hired Kristin ‘The Baby Whisperer’ of Madeleines & Math Facts Services.

Our only regret is not hiring Kristin sooner! Our baby girl went from waking up multiple times through the night, to now sleeping 11 to 12 hours STRAIGHT!! And we finally got back to being human again. (Well – – as human as new parents can be lol). Once you make it through the initial tears (in my case both baby’s and mine) – the result is a happier, healthier baby and parents.

The concept of sleep training was new to us and new parent life will have you on a budget. But I can honestly say, of all the baby things we bought, Kristin’s ‘Give Me A Plan’ package was one of our top 3 purchases! You can hear her voice and feel her presence guide you through the beautifully written pages. We give it five twinkle, twinkle little stars!
